Might I suggest

a) pick a lounge other than BL 1, which tends to be the most crowded,
b) highlight where it's going to be...in these threads, on the front page, etc.
c) STAY WITH IT.

I'd suggest BL 6. It's totally empty right now (mid afternoon), so it's easy to get into and you won't be bothering anyone. AND it'll be easy to see who's there for these games.
