There is the link to the now out of print book. Apparently it is a very rare book judging by the asking prices on it. I bought it for $12.95 ten or so years ago.

Does anyone else own this book? If so what are your thoughts on it?

The reviews are rather good...but as you say, the asking prices now are just ridiculous, and I can't find anyone offering an electronic version...even a PDF scan. But it's still covered by the copyright laws, so that's not surprising. At $13, I'd consider it, but I'd MUCH rather find an electronic version for $5 or so.
