No website is free of cheats, that is for sure. However, at World of Card Games, you can hit the "dislike" button on anyone you suspect may cheating. If you play ranked games, those types of tables try to detect that a person might be cheating, and does some work to prevent it. It's not 100% reliable, but it helps, and together with the dislike button, I think you'll eventually find a group of people that you can trust.

It's entirely possible to cheat in real life, as well. It's a bit easier online, even though there's no point when no money is at stake (people like to waste their time in the strangest ways). But I think people know enough to avoid those who have some appearance of cheating.
